The expression with a positive values would be B. -10/(-2) since when two negatives are divided or multiplied together, the result is always positive. The same happens when two positive numbers are multiplied or divided together. However, while choice A has two positive numbers being divided, the expression also has the result of the two positive dividends multiplied by a negative which makes the result of the answer negative.

The correct answer is: [B]: " -10 ÷ (-2) " .

A "negative value" , divided by a negative value, results in a "positive value".

-10 ÷ (-2) = 5 .

-10/-2 = 10/2 = 5 .
