1 foot = 0.000189394 miles
1min = 1/60 =0.01667 hours
so 1foot per min = 1*0.000189394/0.01667 miles per hour
and 88 feet per min = 88*1*0.000189394/0.01667 miles per hour
= 1.0000003 miles per hour
which is equal to 1.0 miles per hour
