B and E becase the valley is still very good for farming and lots of growth accurs hope this helps

B. diseases reduce the population

Diseases brought by the Europeans had a effective toll in decimating the native people there, since their (the natives) immune system was not strong enough to handle european diseases, like chicken pox, etc
