First you need to find how many grams is 1 ounce. 1o z.is 28.35 g, then you need to multiply 28.35 g by 5 which is 141.75. you need to round it to the nearest hundred so it is about 142 grams.
the key here would be
1 oz. = 28.35g or 1 oz. = 28 g
