The answer is zygote.
The sperm and egg cell are gametes
the zygote is a cell that contains two gametes develops and multiplies in to a tissue then organ and eventually a fetus. all this is understandable when you read mitosis and meiosis

Answer:

zygote is a correct answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

  • A sperm cell and an egg cell fuse to form a zygote.
  • The zygote is a diploid cell, which forms from the fertilization of haploid gametes sperm cells and egg cells.
  • Zygote's genome contains genetic information, which is necessary for the formation of a new individual.
  • The embryo is developed from the zygote by cell division.
