Answer- Gas Gangrene

Gas gangrene is a potentially lethal form of tissue death. A patient with gas gangrene will present with blackening of the skin (due to necrosis), crackly sound under the skin (known as crepitation), and a foul-smelling bubbly drainage in the area of the wound.
