The cardiac cycle has two phases, the diastolic where the ventricles relax and the heart is pumped with blood, and the systolic phase where the ventricles contract and pump the blood into the arteries. The correct order of the path of the blood would be right atrium, tricuspid valve, right ventricle, pulmonary valve, pulmonary arteries, lungs, pulmonary veins, left atrium, bicuspid valve, left ventricle, aortic valve, aorta, arteries, capillaries, veins, inferior & superior vena cava and then it goes back into a cycle.
