The point slope equation general form of a line is:

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

x1 and y1 are the coordinates of a point in the line and m is the slope.

For the given data you get the next equation:

\begin{gathered} y-(-7)=(10)/(3)(x-(-5)) \\ \\ y+7=(10)/(3)(x+5) \end{gathered}
