The question is answered by true or false. The answer is true. The Anomie theory look as if to explain no important piece of drug use, abuse, or addiction. It is unsuccessful to clarify cocaine use by individuals who are not retreatists, who have attained distinguished social and economic achievement in either illegal or noncriminal enterprises. Nor does it acceptably clarify the high rate of drug use among general practitioner whose use of drugs is well explained by access than by anomie.
