A manufacturing company is trying to determine the cost of materials used to produce an "a". if fs cost $1 each, and ds cost $2 each, how much does it cost to produce an "a" (in f and d materials only)? only enter the number, not the $ in your answer.

From the diagram that was attached to the question, it can be seen that 10 DS and 16FS are required to produce 1A.
The cost will be equal to 10[$2] + 16 [$1] = $36
Thus, it will cost $36 to produce an A.
