Justine is most likely suffering from Anorexia. The first warning sign is that she has stopped menstruating because this disease causes the reproductive hormones to become nearly nonexistent which results in the absence of the monthly menstrual cycle. Her obsession with food, or lack thereof, along with her fear of "getting fat" also point to Anorexia as these are major symptoms of the disease.
