The question "do you think someone around here might be justified in making a secret arrangement with one of the company's vendors?" is an example of what type of interview question?

This would be a question in an assessment interview. The company is trying to gather information about the interviewees personality. This same question might also show up on a motivation questionnaire or in an interview where the person conducting the interview is trying to assess a person's situational judgement on particular matters that may impact the company.
