Which hr strategy (bargain laborer, loyal soldier, committed expert, or free agent is currently in place? what type of performance management is used at fedex?

I believe the current hr strategy is mainly geared towards a free agent type of business plan. The employment market needs to be catered around the fact that in most modern business atmospheres an employee is free to leave and pursue another business competitor or to completely switch occupation fields. I believe that HR is geared toward trying to make a business plan comfortable and pleasant for employees and future candidates, but knows that they will need to cater to the "free agent" type of candidates are in the employment market in the newer business settings.
