Photosynthesis will produce glucose(sugar) that was used for cellular respiration. Most plants can do photosynthesis and cellular respiration. Photosynthesis uses carbon dioxide and produces oxygen, not carbon dioxide and water. Cellular respiration provides carbon dioxide and water, not oxygen and sugar.
