1 mile is 5280 feet, which is 63360 inches
15 miles is 63360*15=950400 inches
15 miles per hour=950400 inches/60 minutes = 15840 inches/minute
next, find the perimeter of the wheel: C=π*D=28π
15840÷28π= about 180 revolutions per minute
