Answer: she should use only 1 type of plant

Explanation: She has too many uncontrolled variables in her current experimental design. By using different plants with each different water type, she introduces error because each plant type may react differently. It would be better if she limited it to one plant type with the 3 water types (3 samples), or tested each of the three water types on all 3 plants (9 total samples).

she didn't use the same plant in each process if she uses a different plant in each test *each plant reacts to different environments* she'd need to do more tests for each plant
