Sadie thinks eating junk food helps her feel better during her pregnancy but it leads her to get some overweight. It could also be the reason why she indeed feeels bad, suffering from morning sickness. It has also some constipation effects. She had better exercising physically, especially swimming, some kind of practice she usually enjoys.
