Most likely during the end of the ictal phase ( increasing heart rate and muscular contractions are indicators) the patient will blackout/ lose conscious combined with j erking movements of arms and legs. Moreover pupils are usually dilating at this point. This is an indicator for the last stage of the ictal phase.
