2(1+3W) + 2W = 66
2+6W+2W=66
2+8W=66
8W=64
W=8

Plug 8 in L to find Length side

L = 1+3(8)
L= 1+24
L=25

Check**
2(L) + 2(W) = 66
2(25) + 2(8) = 66
50 + 16 = 66
66 = 66
