5) Perimeter equals all the sides, and a rectangle has two pairs of equal length sides. If one side is 10 and the other is n, the perimeter would be 2n+20.
Area equals length times width, in this case 10 times n, which just equals 10n.

We can use the same logic for 6.
(7)+(7)+(y+2)+(y+2) = 2y+18 for the perimeter

You just have to use the distributive property to find the area, but it’s still length times width.

7(y+2) = 7y + 14.

Tl;dr
5: 2n+20 and 10n
6: 2y+18 and 7y+14

Hope this helps!
