An independent variable is something that doesn’t rely on anything else (Ex)- age and time. a dependent variable usually relies on the independent variable (ex)- what’s being studied/ measured

(Ex of them together)- I waited for the sun to rise(independent) so I could see my flowers bloom(dependent). The flowers depended on the sun so they could bloom
