Hello!

3p + 7 = 4(p - 1)
3p + 7 = 4p - 4
(3p - 3p) + 7 = (4p - 3p) - 4
7 = p - 4
(7 + 4) = p (-4 + 4)
11 = p

The answer is b.

Hope this helps!! Let me know if you have ANY questions.

just plug numbers in to p if you cannot solve for p. 3x11+7=4(11-1). so b is correct
