The four levels of protein structure are primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary. The primary structure is the polypeptide chain's amino acid sequence. It is located within a protein as the linear sequence of amino acids. The secondary structure is backbone of the polypeptide in local spatial preparation. It is the ordinary and continuing provision in space of adjoining residues amino acid in polypeptide chain. The tertiary structure is the three structural outline of a protein. It contain a single polypeptide backbone including one or more secondary structures. The quaternary structure is the union of certain chains of protein to a sealed congested arrangements. Every subunits contain individual primary, secondary, and tertiary structure.
