It's the number times 4 so 0 times 4 is 0. 3 times 4 is 12. 9 x 4 is 36.

Answer:

c = 4

Explanation:

The given points are

(0,0);(3,12);(9,36)

Notice that each coordinate was increased by a factor of 3,

3 * 3=9\\12 * 3= 36

Then, we divide the vertical variation by the horizontal variation

c=(36-12)/(9-3)=(24)/(6)\\ c=4

Therefore, the constant of variation is 4.
