The answer is A) π and C)√(10/49).

A rational number is any number that can be written as a ratio, or fraction, of two integers. Examples include .5 (1/2) , 4 (4/1, 8/2, etc), and 4/39

π is not a rational number. This has been rigorously proven by mathematicians over thousands of years. It's part of what makes π so special.

√10/√49 can be simplified to √10/7, which is an irrational number, because √10 is an irrational number. The number can not be expressed as a ratio of two integers.

Note: remember that 3.14 is not the same as π. It is actually a very inexact approximation of pi. 3.14 can be written as 314/100
