=> Let's Find the length and breadth :-

• Let the length is 3x meters .

• So , ATQ breadth is x meters .

`perimeter \ \: of \: rectangle = 2(l + b)`

`400 = 2(3x + x)`

`400 = 2 * 4x`

`x = (400)/(8)`

`x = 50`

`so \: length \: = 3 * 50 = 150m`

`and \: breadth = 50m`
