A form wizard is an access tool that walks you step by step through your creation of your own report. This can be found in your Windows Access and cannot be used in the Windows Access Online app; but if you want to publish it online, simply do it first on the software then choose to publish online as you save. A form wizard can help you provide access to easy-to-create tools for your entire report. You may simply use options from the create tab but if you want to customize and select more, it is best if you use the form wizard. Aside from taking you to a step by step process, the form wizard can help you on how your data will be grouped or sorted.
