Foreign companies and investors benefit the most from a falling dollar. When the amount that a dollar can buy depreciates, it becomes more expensive, relatively, to purchase foreign goods. In addition and because of this depreciation, it also becomes relatively less expensive for foreign investors to purchase domestic goods, which means that foreign companies can buy more from US-based businesses.

The answer is: Exporters

When the dollar 'falls' , it is become cheaper for foreign buyers to buy American products with their currency.

This means that exporters in united states would have more consumers that can afford to buy their products. On top of that, they also obtain payment in the form of foreign currency who had increasing value compared to dolalrs.
