There are several ways in which you can answer this question, as it is a personal question that would reflect your own experience. However, as an example, these would be five areas in which I do not foster my health:

Diet (I eat out too often)

Exercise (I do not exercise regularly)

Stress (I am often stressed)

Sleep (I do not sleep 8 hours a day)

Relaxation (I do not take enough breaks from work)
