The  wave  length  of  the  light  illumination  have  least  effect  on  the  rate  at  which  enzyme break  down of  starch. Reason been that  the  collagenase  activity  of  the  enzyme  can  be  modified  at particular wavelength of  450nm, 456nm,  and  460nm.

The rate of elongation of a DNA stand in prokaryotes is much faster that the rate in eukaryotes. Prokaryotes are simpler than eukaryotes-they do not have clearly defined region which contains genetic material (DNA). Eukaryotes have clearly defined region and they are morphological more complicate than prokaryotes.
