No they did not pay at the same rate. Miguel bought 1 pair of jeans for $25 and han bought 1 pair of jeans for $22.50

, they did not pay the same rate.
2 pairs for $50
50÷2=25
Miguel spent $25 on each pair of jeans
4 pairs for $90
90÷4=22.5
Han spent $22.50 on each pair of jeans
Therefore these two
did not
pay the same rate.
