Using drawings of rectangular prism, define in your own words, perimeter, area, and volume. Use color pencils to highlight what each term refers to.

Answer:

This is what a rectangular prism looks like

Now for the definitions:

The perimeter is.... all of the lengths of sides added together.

The area is.... the sides all added together cubed

The volume...... the whole inside. (Think like it’s a shoe box and then you fill the shoe box up with water) that’s the volume
