4x = 14y
y = 4/14(x)
y = 2/7(x) slope = 2/7

-2x+7y=14
7y = 2x + 14
y = 2/7(x) + 2 slope = 2/7

parallel lines, slope is the same
both lines have slopes equal 2/7

answer
parallel
