y=y
-x2 +6x +16 = -4x+37
-x2 +6x+4x+16-37=0
-x2 +10x -21 = 0
x2-10x+21 =0
(x-3)(x-7) = 0
then x = 3 and x= 7
from y=-4x+37
if x=3--- y=-4*3 + 37 = (-12) +37 = 25 --> (3,25)
if x=7--- y=-4*7 + 37 = (-28) +37 = 9 --> (7,9)
