I believe the answer is "the constant tides" since waves going in and out bring nutrients to the surface that attract predators.

Aquatic organisms face a lot of challenges such as predators on land, air and water for the mentioned below reasons:

- Due to the presence of nutrients that swipe from ocean to the shores along with tides which makes predators to be present along the shores which ultimately pose a threat to coastal aquatic organisms.

- The second option would be the movement of ocean conveyor belt that raises and lower the water levels from the coasts.
