 The  nurse  observed  the  following   symptoms  of  hirschsprungs disease in  the  infant,  an increase  abdominal  circumference (about  three  centimetres),tendancy  of   fussiness in the  infant,the  absence  of  bowel  sound  .  In  addition  there  was  appearance  of  bright  red  stoma.
