Any of these warning should be informed to the healthcare provider:

Tendon rupture or inflammation -This drug increases the risk of tendon rupture and tendinitis.
Peripheral neuropathy - This drug causes damage to the nerves in superior and inferior members and can be permanent.
Central nervous system effects. This drug can cause convulsions, confusion, psychosis, and increase inter-cranial pressure, hallucinations, depression, etc.
Worsening of myasthenia gravis - Makes the muscle weaker if the patient already has myasthenia.
