Hey there,
Isosceles triangle means that 2 side are of the same length.
Let's name all sides as x,
Total = 15.6m
x + x + x - 3m = 15.6m
x + x + x= 15.6 m - 3m
= 12.6m
x + x + x = 12.6m
3x = 12.6m
x= 4.2m
Each of the sides are = 4.2m + 3
= 7.2 m
Base = 4.2m
Thus, it is 7.2m, 7.2m and 4.2m

Hope this helps :))
