give  the  infant  one  hour  to  complete  each  feeding  as  prescribed by  the  doctor as  you position  the  infant  in  an  upright position  after  each  feeding.  give  feed  using nasogastric tube  to  conserve  energy.  provide  fortified  breast  milk  or  higher  calorie
