Given:

The line passes through the points (-8, -8) and (0, 32)

The slope will be calculated using the following formula:

slope=m=(rise)/(run)=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Substitute with the given points:

slope=m=(32-(-8))/(0-(-8))=(32+8)/(0+8)=(40)/(8)=5

So, the answer will be Slope = 5
