Tow of the cells structures the give a plant its shape are the cell wall and the vacuole. The cell wall present in sclerenchyma cells plays a major role in the shape of the plant at macroscopic level, this cells contain a hardening agent that shapes and protect the outer layers of the plant. Vacuoles on the other hand are structures within the plant cell that provides support and structural stability to the plant.
