Help please!

Often when a person is trying to become healthier, they will look for food labeled "fat free" or "low fat." However, taken to an extreme, a low-fat diet could hinder some body functions. Describe the functions of lipids and how a complete lack of lipids in the diet could affect body functions.

My answer is down below. Don't directly copy because you will get plagiarism, and that's not what I want to happen to you. The only reason why I posted my answer is if you are in need of some help to think of things to write. Hope you enjoy it!

Step-by-step explanation:

So, let's say you switched to a "fat-free" or a "low fat" diet. Your body is now going to experience low lipids because it's not getting them from the food you are eating anymore. This means that your lack of lipids could cause problems with cell formation and even function, diarrhea, and other issues. Now you shouldn't load up on lipids because that is just as bad for your body if not worse. What you should do is make sure you are getting a healthy amount.

Lipid Deficiency can cause multiple problems. It causes skin problems, vision problems, cognitive problems (which may cause Diarrhea or other problems) and much more. If you are younger or going through puberty, it may also cause your bones to grow slower than others. Although you shouldn't have too many lipids, lipids are important to have.
