they are amarican heroes because they fuaght and still fight for the usa risking their lives and leaving family behind all for our safty. Veterans are heroes because they fight to the death to protect people they don't even know and will ocntinue to do so. they have good hearts and are strong, willing and never give up. Every veteran plays a part, whreather an md -medical doctor for the army- or a soldier training to fight they do great things for there country. They know they might die but they still fight.
