1/4 = 16/t.....1 elephant to 4 tigers = 16 elephants to t tigers
cross multiply
(1)(t) = (16)(4)
t = 64 <=== 64 tigers

Ratio:

elephants 1 16
------------- = ---- = -------
tigers 4 x

Solving this equation of ratios, we get x = 64 (tigers)
