slope intercept form : y = mx + b....so we basically just solve for y
4x - 12y = -84....subtract 4x from both sides
-12y = -4x - 84...now divide both sides by -12
(-12/-12)y = (-4/-12)x - 84/-12) =
y = 1/3x + 7 <==
