Length of the bush after 2 months = 60 cm

Explanation:

When the bush was planted in the garden, height of the bush = 20 cm

200% as tall as initial length = 2 times of the initial length

300% as tall as initial length = 3 times of the initial length

Therefore, after 2 months, length of the bush = 20 × 3

= 60 cm

After 2 months, length of the bush is 60 cm.
