Point slope form is:

y - y_(1) = m(x - x_(1))

With
x_(1) and
y_(1) being a set of points, and m being the slope.

So basically, m would be the slope of the line, and
x_(1) and
y_(1) would be the parts of an ordered pair.

So then you could take any points, and any slope, and just put it in. Here's an example:

y - 4 = 3(x - 2)

With the point being (2, 4) and slope 3.
