Just plug 3 in for x
Y=x2+2x. Y=(3)2+2(3) 3(2)=6 2(3)=6 rewrite y=6+6 6+6=12 rewrite y=12
Hope this helps have a nice nite

plug three into the x places and solve. so x squared is 3 times 3 which equals nine. and 2 times 3 is six. add nine and six thats your answer. 15.
