Hello Kyra02!
STEPS
1.
First, multiply 0.70 cents x 12 doughnuts = $8.40
2.
Next, multiply $8.40 x 7 = $58.08
Sadly the bakery lost $58.08.

Every box is worth, 12×0.70=$8.4
So 7 boxes cost, 8.4×7=$58.8
So the bakery would lose 7 boxes of donuts worth $58.8
