(0,4),(3,0)
slope = (0 - 4) / (3 - 0) = -4/3
y = mx + b
slope(m) = -4/3
ur y int is when x = 0....so it is 4
and in y = mx + b form, the slope is in the m position and the y int is in the b position
so ur equation is : y = -4/3x + 4 <==
